An excellent book... lots to ponder and enjoy.
Interesting takes on future use of tech.
There are some good short stories here. Some are really good, others are just OK. Considering that many of these were written in the '90s they hold up pretty well. All of them have one thing in common, they'll make you think. "What if ..." And that's what makes good sci-fi.
There was an interesting political / public policy influence on the stories in the collection. I liked all of them, but I feel the author needs some more practice and polish. Unfortunately I don't think he's going to be writing much more, but if he does, I'll read it.
